Welcoming Olivia Tartaglia, New Board Member

Growing up in a small town in Indiana, Olivia always knew she wanted to explore beyond her hometown. In a high school graduating class of just 60 students, she saw many of her peers stay close to home, taking familiar paths. But Olivia was determined to push beyond the boundaries of what she knew.

In seventh grade, she had the opportunity to enroll in a scholarship program that encouraged her to pour energy into schoolwork and extracurriculars. This commitment to her educational pathway, which ultimately allowed her to attend college tuition-free, was an opportunity that shaped her belief in the power of education and access.

That experience instilled a deep appreciation for the importance of providing opportunities to those who need them most. She understands firsthand what it’s like to be given that chance—and now she’s committed to paying it forward.

Olivia brings a wealth of experience to our board, including her work as a marketing manager in the pharmaceutical consulting industry. Her expertise in outreach, strategic communication, and donor engagement makes her an invaluable asset. She’s already diving into fundraising efforts, exploring new ways to reach donors, expand our audience, and bring fresh energy to our events. She’s currently assisting with our fundraiser on June 5th, Raise a Glass for Learning, and would love to see you there! Whether you attend, invite a friend or help amplify our efforts, your support helps us grow our impact.

Having recently moved out of Indiana for the first time, Olivia is embracing new challenges and perspectives. She’s passionate about learning, pushing boundaries, and supporting initiatives that create real impact. We’re thrilled to welcome her to the board and can’t wait to see the contributions she’ll make.

Join us in welcoming Olivia—we’re excited to have her support and expertise!
